Eligibility:
- Items must be returned within [30 days] of the delivery date.
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Final sale items, gift cards, and personalized products are non-returnable.

- Ship the Item: Pack the item securely and ship it back to the address provided in the return authorization.
Refunds:
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund to the original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Exchanges
Eligibility:
- Exchanges are allowed for items of equal value, based on stock availability.

Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item, defective product).
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We will provide instructions for returning the item and will replace it at no extra charge.
